Job Details

Responsibilities:
As our Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns and quarterly/yearly projections.
• Managing and coordinating the company's tax compliance and accounting for income taxes.
• Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Managing members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US federal income tax return and state tax returns.
• Maintaining tax balances on general ledger.
• Conducting complex tax audits and preparing reports for management.
• Providing support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.
• Reviewing current and deferred tax provision.
• Collaborating with internal and external auditors to manage audits and inquiries by governmental authorities

You should have some of the following:

• CPA or EA
• Several of professional experience in individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust and nonprofit tax returns
