Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to clients

Review and analyze complex tax returns

Identify and mitigate tax risks

Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates

Participate in business development activities to expand the client base

Requirements

CPA certification is required

5+ years of experience in tax accounting or related field

In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Proficient in tax software and MS Office

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required

Benefits

Salary: $110K/yr - $130K/yr, negotiable
