Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tax compliance process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients
  • Conduct research and analysis on tax laws and regulations to stay up-to-date on changes and effectively advise clients
  • Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies and compliance efforts
  • Provide tax audit support for clients, including representing them before tax authorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations
  • Experience supervising and mentoring a team of tax professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
