Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Research tax issues and provide recommendations for clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding tax planning and compliance matters
  • Prepare tax projections and estimates
  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Mentor and train staff members
  • Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and industry trends

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification or actively pursuing certification
  • 5+ years of tax experience for Manager level
  • Strong technical skills in tax preparation and research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with tax software, such as CCH ProSystem fx or UltraTax, is a plus
