Job Details

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is highly desirable.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a must.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax role within a corporate environment.
4. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
5. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
6. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation.
7. Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.
9. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
