Job Details

Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in all phases of client engagements, where you'll assist and mentor staff, conduct technical research, review returns, and foster seamless communication with clients throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase your mastery by reviewing tax returns and ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships, striving for the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional leadership, supervision, training, and valuable feedback to our talented staff.
  • Harness your expertise to delegate tasks effectively, matching responsibilities with the capabilities and experience of our team members.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited university is essential.
  • A Master's Degree in Tax or Accounting is preferred.
  • CPA certification is a must, and other professional certifications are highly desired.
  • Possess 5+ years of public accounting experience, focusing on complex tax returns involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and tax-exempt entities across multiple states.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the tax process, including strong research skills.
  • A client-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
