SNI Financial has partnered with a fantastic family owned company in Dallas looking to hire a Tax Manager. This position will coordinate all federal and state income tax filings with an outsource partner while also finding areas for process improvement and automation. The ideal candidate would be a CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting working with partnership tax.
Tax Manager: In office full - time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE
- Manage the preparation and review of international, federal and state tax returns
- Oversee outside tax preparers
- Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures, including progressive advancements in digital technology, security and reporting.
- Prepare/review quarterly/yearly tax projections and distribution calculations.
- Provide support with various internal audits and special tax related projects.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Tax and/or Accounting.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience.
- CPA
- Must possess a desire for continuous improvement.
- Must have a demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.
