Job Details

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage client relationships and work-flow
• Supervise and mentor staff
• Review and/or prepare all types of business, trust and individual tax returns
• Review and/or prepare separate and combined state tax returns for multiple states
• Proficient in preparing and reviewing tax returns for high net worth individuals
• Resolve federal and state tax notices
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, ability to research tax issues as required
• Prepare foreign bank account reports
• Review client prepared trial balances; prepare adjustments for final tax preparation
• Review sales tax returns for multiple states
• Review year-end accrual entries and trial balances for small businesses
• Preparation and/or review projections of estimated tax and vouchers for clients
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for individual and business clients
