Tax Manager

Position Overview: The Tax Manager is responsible for managing all tax-related activities for the organization. The role includes ensuring tax compliance, researching tax laws, and preparing and reviewing all taxes. The Tax Manager must be able to work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all taxes are prepared and filed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tax-related activities, including preparing and reviewing tax returns, tax research, and ensuring tax compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all taxes are prepared and filed accurately and on time.
  • Provide guidance and support to other tax team members.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification
  • Strong experience in S Corp (1120S) and Partnership (1065) tax
  • Experience in Tax Preparation, Tax Review, Tax Compliance, and Tax Research.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
