Job Details

We're looking for a senior associate or counsel attorney to join our Tax + Exempt Organizations group at any of our East Coast offices. You should have at least seven years' experience counseling exempt organizations on structure, formation, and charitable gift planning. Experience with tax structuring, business entity formation, and representing clients before regulatory agencies is essential. Strong academic credentials and large-firm experience are required. Join us and become part of a team dedicated to serving a diverse range of nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, from community groups to large hospitals and educational institutions. You must be admitted in the state of your primary office.
