We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Advisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional tax advice to our high net worth (HNW) clients, managing individual tax returns, and offering expert financial planning & analysis. This position will also involve fiduciary duties, handling estate tax returns, and providing investment management services. 1. Provide expert tax advice to HNW clients, ensuring their financial affairs are managed in the most tax-efficient manner.
2. Prepare and review complex individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest tax laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement effective financial planning & analysis strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
4. Perform fiduciary duties, acting in the best interest of our clients and managing their financial affairs with utmost care and professionalism.
5. Prepare and review estate tax returns, ensuring all tax obligations are met in a timely manner.
6. Provide comprehensive investment management services, helping clients grow their wealth and achieve their investment goals.
7. Stay abreast of the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate these to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client service.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Finance industry.
3. Profound knowledge of S Corp, HNW, individual tax return, financial planning & analysis, fiduciary duties, estate tax returns, and investment management.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. Proficient in using tax software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
10. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
