Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide tax consulting services to clients in the Manufacturing industry, including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax strategy development.
2. Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to support client engagements and internal projects.
3. Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws.
4. Identify and mitigate tax risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement tax strategies that maximize client benefits.
6. Keep up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to the team and clients.
7. Assist with tax audits and tax dispute resolutions.
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax research, and tax law.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
7. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
