Job DetailsHere's what you'll be doing
- Work with an engagement team and draw on your experience to provide tax compliance and consulting services to a variety of clients in different industries
- Prepare tax returns and prepare materials and research for consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities
- Operate in a dynamic environment, coach interns and entry-level staff, and share your knowledge and experience with the entire team
- Communicate with clients to gather information to complete tax returns
What you'll need to qualify
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm preferred
- CPA preferred, or qualifications to pursue CPA
- Strong external and internal communication required, due to client facing role and importance of strong partnership with internal engagement teams
- Understanding of CCH Axcess, Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc. required
- Experience preparing returns for partnership, s-corp, individual, or corporation returns and demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts
