Expert at orchestrating a shift
Experience in an upscale, fine dining environment
Product knowledge expert including all concept food and beverage
Verifies that all opening and closing checklists are completed

Core Qualifications:

3+ years? experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in high-volume dining.
Must have longevity (2 years + under the same restaurant/group).
Corporate restaurant and independent restaurant experience preferred.
Proven experience leading and developing a team, while consistently communicating value and building confidence.
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
Open and receptive to feedback
