Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system).
Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), COTR, the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Task Order Management Plan outlining technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls.
Define technical and functional activities for integration of all specified tasks, including quality assurance, progress reporting, and program reviews.
Manage centralized administrative, clerical, documentation, and related functions.
Provide Daily Activity Reports (DAR) including VTC Services Update, detailing current day's activities, previous day's results, and scheduled video streams.
Report on NIPR and SIPR conferences, webrtc/webapp participants, meeting titles, times, and personnel providing on-site SIPR support.
Document meeting notes, webrtc/webapp/video call quality, and actions taken to resolve issues.
Oversee operations, engineering upgrades, hardware refresh, and sustainment of VTC, SV, and IPTV/Digital Signage equipment.
Integrate existing VTC systems into the enterprise infrastructure, ensuring compliance with security guidelines.
Generate Monthly Progress Reports (MPR) or Monthly VTC Reports as required, summarizing key metrics for NIPR and SIPR calls, including scheduled VTCs, ad hoc calls, monitored calls, and issue tickets.
Provide Excel attachments capturing Endpoint CDR export with locations substituted for SIP numbers.
Provide monthly 8570 deliverable reports to the COR/COTR, listing applicable 8570 key personnel. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience:
Five (5) years relevant experience
Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
Certifications:
Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.)
Education:
BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience
Clearance:
