Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer, the contract staff, and TekSynap senior leadership. Ensure project tasks are completed to customer satisfaction and within schedule and cost constraints. Apply project management best practices to the planning, scheduling, assigning, executing, monitoring, and validation of project tasks. Establish and implement processes and management plans to direct all work performed against assigned government contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Direct and monitor project work daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating risks and issues appropriately. Develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, changes to scope and milestone deadlines, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Manage human resources and staffing to ensure project performance is exemplary (e.g., hiring, performance management, etc.). Manage multiple cross functional projects with varying degrees of complexity. Assess problems, conduct root cause analysis, and present solutions and recommendations to senior leadership. Analyzes team data, metrics, and trends. Create, populate, and maintain project budgets, forecast cost and revenue tables, resource assignments, and other tools used to calculate the projects financial health. This is currently done through Unanet. Work with HR to address employee personnel issues. Ensure 8570 certifications are current for all employees and track recertification dates. Assist in the creation of purchase orders for subcontractors ensuring backup data for purchase orders are completed and accurate. Ensure all project deliverables are submitted to the customer on time. Assist with company business development efforts and proposals as needed. Communicate with government contracting and technical POCs regularly. Develop NDAs and TAs for potential partners on new opportunities. Review and approve all contract modifications for your projects to ensure they are signed, submitted, and filed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 10 years of Leadership experience with 5 years of IT management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar Project Management certification. Possess functional knowledge of ITIL concepts and principles (ITIL Foundations Certification preferred). Preferred IAM II or III certified (one of the following): CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP. Minimum Secret Clearance.
