The Talent Business Partner Director, Engineering is responsible for partnering across all levels of leadership within the Engineering and the wider People team to help design and implement our People strategy over a broad range of initiatives. Based out of our Boston Headquarters, you will play a key role in helping to drive key people initiatives for the global Engineering organization. Successful Talent Business Partners act as business professionals, team member champions, and change agents. The Talent Business Partner Director provides support and feedback to client groups, and consults with senior leaders in areas of talent strategy, management training and coaching, team member engagement programs, organizational development, and employee relations.

You'll Spend Your Time:
  • Collaborate with leadership across all levels and the wider People team to design and execute the People strategy across various initiatives.
  • Act as a business professional, team advocate, and catalyst for change, fostering a supportive and impactful environment.
  • Support client groups, advising senior leaders on talent strategy, management coaching, engagement programs, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with client groups and offer consultative guidance to executive-level management.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and growth opportunities, maintaining a high standard for impact across client groups.
  • Keep senior leadership informed on trends and issues, leading complex impact gap matters and maintaining legal compliance.
  • Collaborate globally to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Offer guidance on business unit restructuring, workforce and succession planning, and executive coaching needs.
  • Lead the evaluation and monitoring of learning solutions and company-wide Talent Programs.
What You'll Need:
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as a Talent Business Partner supporting senior executives and/or C-level leaders.
  • Experience supporting multinational locations required (UK, Israel and Romania preferred).
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, switching between strategic and tactical tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional EQ, demonstrating sound judgment and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and driving impactful outcomes promptly.
