Talent & Culture Coordinator

Talent & Culture Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment tasks such as initial applicant screening and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Administer benefits and perks, assisting associates with inquiries and claims.
  • Assist with training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the Talent & Culture team.

Talent & Culture Coordinator Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of HR and customer service experience in hospitality.
  • Previous HR office experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect on a personal level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll data entry/timesheets, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish language skills a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to engage in light physical work and travel to job fairs and conferences.
