What the Talent Acquisition Manager will do:
- The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager includes leading the recruiting staff and recruiting.
- Creating a vision for the talent group and scaling it as they grow.
- Coaching the hiring managers.
What the company needs in a Talent Acquisition Manager :
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- 2-3 years as a recruiting manager, capability of looking forward/planning
- Aerospace is preferred but if not, must understand different engineering disciplines
- MS Office - PC users. Using Word, PowerPoint (creating presentations), Excel (including pivot tables and v look ups for metrics reporting).
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Government Contractor experience is a preference
