We are a electrical manufacturer looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategy within both our manufacturing divisions, as well as at the corporate level. Job Details

Responsibilities:

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the talent acquisition needs of our manufacturing division.
2. Building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with our growth strategies.
3. Streamlining the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies to augment our talent acquisition efforts.
5. Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the technology industry.
6. Promoting our employer brand to attract high-quality applicants.
7. Conducting regular reporting on recruitment metrics to leadership team.
8. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in our recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker with a strong track record in talent acquisition within a manufacturing setting. The required qualifications include:

1. A minimum of 5 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in recruiting for both corporate and manufacturing roles.
3. Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to assess growth needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Solid experience in streamlining hiring strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Proven track record in managing relationships with external agencies.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
8. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
