  • Equity ownership in a growing company
  • Competitive Salary + bonus
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with options that are 100% employer paid

  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Free Membership to Parker & Ace with discounted veterinary care for your furry friends

Who you are:

  • A hustler. You are proactive, take initiative, and eager to find exceptional talent.

  • Persuasive. You are able to clearly articulate Parker & Ace's value proposition to employees
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable working without a ton of structure (which you will help us build.)
  • Happy to wear multiple hats in a growing startup
  • Passionate about animals
  • Minimum 3+ years in healthcare recruiting required, ideally in veterinary recruiting

What You'll Do:

  • Source talent across all veterinary and corporate roles, with a particular emphasis on veterinarians
  • Build relationships with veterinary schools to build long-term talent pipeline
  • Conduct initial screens with candidates and remain their main point-of-contact/guide throughout the interview process
  • Build scalable systems to help us track talent as we grow
  • Reimagine the candidate experience from start to finish
  • Occasionally assist in other areas of the business such as Human Resources
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations and Chief Vet Officer on building effective talent strategies

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a growing startup, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity at Parker & Ace.
