KPS Job ID: Koniag Professional Services (KPS), a Koniag Government Services (KGS) company, is seeking a TADDS Specialist with a Top Secret/SCI clearance to support our customer at the Pentagon. Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties: The Contractor shall provide expertise to assist the Task Force TADSS Work Group Chair with developing work group agendas, issue development and tracking, facilitating work group execution and out brief development/ presentation. The Contractor shall recommend the integration of Aviation TADSS issues with requisite ARSTAFF divisions as they relate to POM development, prioritization, and resourcing to meet current and future force requirements. The Contractor shall draft training strategies and resource requirements resulting from modernization/transformation initiatives. Efforts shall conform to tenets and guidelines established in support of Sustainable Readiness, focus on both institutional and unit sustainment Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulation (TADSS) requirements, and OCO requirements. The Contractor shall draft plans for development and implementation of the annual Simulator Hour Program in coordination with DAMO-TR, DAMO-ODR and subordinate commands. Effort shall focus on quarterly reports to Army senior leadership on simulator utilization and Aircrew Training Program waivers. The Contractor shall coordinate and make recommendations to facilitate deployment of Aviation TADSS ISO OCO and subordinate unit training strategies and requirements. The Contractor shall identify properly configured devices available to support unit rotations in addition to coordinating for resources required to provide Contractor Logistics Support and device Instructor/Operator support. The Contractor shall provide expertise to assist in the development and coordination of the Aviation TADSS Appendix to the Aviation Annex of the Army Campaign Plan. The Contractor shall provide expertise and assist DAMO-AV/DAPR-FDV leads with development/coordination of collective training/aviation TADSS related issues inherent with the execution of the AH-64 Longbow Apache Unit Fielding & Training Program with a primary focus on ARNG unit fielding's. The Contractor shall provide expertise and assist DAMO-AV leads with issues relating to ARNG unit mobilization in support of OCO. Efforts shall focus on unit readiness reporting and specifically on manning, training and equipping status during both pre-and post-mobilization in support of OCO. Efforts will also focus on resources required for the units to achieve the desired readiness levels. The Specialist will have: A Bachelor's degree A minimum of ten (10) years related aviation experience A minimum of five (5) years' experience with aviation simulator devices Demonstrated knowledge of the Army force management Demonstrated knowledge of Army training and leader development Knowledge of Support material Army wide tracking system An active Top Secret/SCI Clearance Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
