Systems Integrator with Security Clearance

Position Title Systems Integrator Number of Openings 2 Agency/Program/Mission TBD Required Skills System / Project Integration Demonstrated experience providing management, stakeholder, and user systems administration and usage communications. Demonstrated experience translating technical terminology and concepts. Demonstrated experience writing IT policies and procedures for clarity and understanding. Demonstrated experience providing IT briefings and materials for IT applications/systems. Demonstrated experience working within a dynamic team. Demonstrated experience with collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data in documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations. Demonstrated experience with reviewing documentation and revising existing processes and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, and input/output requirements. Demonstrated experience with updating IT project schedules, tracking actions, and providing demonstrations. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills System / Project Integration Demonstrated experience with being the key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure integration of reengineering efforts. Demonstrated experience or knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Demonstrated experience preparing presentations and presenting IT application/system information to senior managers. Demonstrated experience training users to use new or modified IT/digital equipment. Demonstrated experience preparing reports and correspondence on project specifications and activities, and statuses. Bachelors degrees or 10 years in IC PMP certification Additional certification i.e agile, Lean Six Sigma Role, Responsibilities System and Project Integration a. Provide project integration and programmatic support, technical guidance, and written communications and briefings for IT applications/systems. b. Prepare communication and materials for IT systems and services c. Project integration and programmatic support for IT strategic planning and associated business process improvement. d. Provide support to web development, content management and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) e. Track performance metrics across multiple programs. a. Develop and lead software system testing and validation procedures. b. Consult on project status and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance. c. Monitor the functioning of digital/IT equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. d. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. e. Prepare reports and correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, and status. f. Design, develop, and maintain applications within the cloud environment, to include new applications development or the transition of outdated applications.
