We are seeking a skilled Pega Platform Engineer with extensive technical expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega Platform architecture, databases, servers, and network configurations. As a Pega Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Pega Platform, identifying, and resolving technical issues, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize technical expertise to administer and maintain the Pega Platform, including but not limited to PRPC, Pega Rules, Pega PDC, Pega Workflow, Pega Decisioning, and Pega case management.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.

  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including developers, business users, and senior management.

  • Plan and execute projects such as software upgrades, migrations, and new deployments within the Pega Platform.

  • Leverage knowledge of business processes to automate workflows using the Pega Platform.

  • Ensure the security of sensitive information within the Pega Platform by adhering to security protocols and best practices.

  • Utilize scripting languages and SQL to automate tasks and customize the Pega Platform as needed.

  • Stay updated with new features and releases of the Pega Platform to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega Platform Administration.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Pega Robotics supporting RPA/DPA/Chatbot components of PEGA.

  • Familiarity with RPA case designer, flows, and Pega rules.

  • Experience in installation, configuration, and administration of Pega Robotics and PRPC across various versions.

  • Proficiency in performance tuning of Pega applications with Database and app/web servers.

  • Experience working with technologies like GCP Terraform and CloudSQL for migrating Pega platform workloads to the Cloud.

  • Experience in 24x7 on-call production support and troubleshooting network and application connectivity issues.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and Udeploy manager for application onboarding and deployment.

  • Experience in Pega DPA integration and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Udeploy, and WebSphere deployments.

  • Strong understanding of Pega CI/CD pipeline setup and API connectivity.

Additional Information: This is a hybrid position with opportunities for both remote and on-site work as required. The candidate must be willing to engage in additional safety training or licensing as necessary.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per week
