Systems Engineer with Security Clearance

Dorrean is looking for a Systems Engineer with an Active Top Secret clearance for a Federal Contract position over in Clarksburg, WV. Duties for the Systems Engineer include, but are not limited to:
• Specific concentration in software and requirements engineering, analysis, tracking
• Assesses and analyzes system design, business logic, specification development, and specification modification through the utilization of a change management process
• Utilizes existing "As Built" system level documentation and specifications in generating updated and revised system maintenance documentation
• Conducts systems analysis cognizant of technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and technical requirements related to the system interfaces and architecture to develop and deliver system lifecycle documentation/specifications
• Applies knowledge and skill of a requirements traceability matrix utilizing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) to input data elements and establish a system requirements traceability matrix
• Utilizes a COTS, GOTS or related software to maintain, review, and capture both contractor and government document comments for draft and final delivery
• Manages requirements with the IBM Rational DOORS Next General tool/repository
• Manages issues and changes using the Atlassian Jira Issue & Project Tracking Software
• Collaborate with product teams using the Atlassian Confluence tool
• Performs in a Scaled Agile, SAFe environment with SCRUM team participation supporting Agile Release Train within the continuous pipeline delivery Qualifications
• Experience in leading teams using iterative, incremental, and hybrid development methods
• Experience in developing Personas, User Stories, Retrospectives, UML Diagrams, Business Process Models, Story Maps, Storyboards, Requirements Traceability
• Skilled in Active Stakeholder Participation, Behavior Driven Development, Collaborative Gaming, Group Facilitation, Backlog Management, Business Value Definition, Estimation
• Skilled in using collaboration and development tools including: o IBM DOORS Next Generation o Atlassian Jira-Jira for bug/issue tracking and agile project management o Atlassian Confluence team collaboration tool o Microsoft Suite including Teams, Word, Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, System Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Master's degree preferred
• 10 years of general work experience
• 5 years of experience working in a lead position within an Agile development environment
• Experience as a SCRUM master is preferred
