Systems Engineer Lead with Security Clearance

Vision IT is seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer Lead to support a Network Enterprise program in Fort Stewart, GA. Responsibilities May Include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Provide high-level individual contributions to system engineering solutions and technical projects.

• Monitor performance metrics and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Lead a team of engineers, analysts, and technicians on complex or long-term projects, ensuring objectives are met.

• Serve as the Government's point of contact, coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and other stakeholders.

• Ensure contractor activities align with contractual terms and conditions, overseeing adherence to standards.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Required Education, Experience, Clearance and Certification(s):

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• 8-12 years of experience in system engineering or a related technical field.

• Advanced proficiency in system engineering concepts and methodologies.

• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team towards project success.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

• Expertise in contract execution, including monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.

• Proven problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management, preferably in a government or defense contracting environment.

• Ability to function effectively in a high-level individual contributor role, without formal supervisory responsibilities.

• Experience serving as the Government's point of contact and coordinating with COTR.

• Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions, with the ability to ensure compliance.

• Track record of success in problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

• IAT Level III Cert per DoD 8570

• Relative industry certification example: MCSE Certification Desired Education, Experience and Certifications:

• Capable of developing customized tools and utilities used to manage Active Directory objects.
