Overview SilverEdge is Seeking a Data Analyst with a minimum of 16 years experience, and a Bachelors and/or Masters degree with significant experience in the following required areas: Responsibilities Experience working with IT enterprise data to determine issues
Experience with data analytic tools to create custom queries, visualizations, and dashboards
Determining key performance indicators (KPIs) for systems and applications
Working with various cloud and on premises system configurations
Working within various ticketing systems to track work and log potential threats and issues (eg; JIRA, ServiceNow) Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance w/ FS Poly Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Qualifications Splunk certification
Strong background with Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Security
Ability to interpret, modify, and create scripts using Python or Shell
