Work as part of the digital team within a material research and pre-production facility, that is civil aerospace focused

Be responsible for aspects of the industrialization of the facility

Helping to deploy the parent company s corporate manufacturing systems

o This includes product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing execution software (MES) made by Company (Teamcenter & Simatic IT)

o To help integrate these new systems to work with established systems for maintaining manufacturing traceability

o To support the hardware side of the project as well, including VLAN upgrades and shop-floor PC to equipment installations

Where required to support development MES (Eyelit) systems with day-to-day systems support

Where required to support Eyelit new capability (e.g. process planning, data capture)

Where required to support the team with VBA, Python, SQL scripting needs to help with legacy bespoke systems, data capture and logging

To support the acceptance testing of capital equipment from a digital perspective,

Includes the integration of new CNC machinery and furnace equipment, to ensure that data capture and potential communication with the MES system is functional
