Systems Analyst with Security Clearance

Sienna is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring DoD and JITC systems can work together flawlessly. Responsibilities include designing and implementing test plans to identify any issues and guarantee smooth interoperability. Technical Duties & Functional Responsibilities:
-Design test plans to evaluate if systems meet interoperability standards.
-Review system documentation to ensure user needs are considered during testing.
-Recommend improvements to the testing process for better efficiency.
-Integrate scientific methods into the testing approach.
-Develop test scenarios that thoroughly assess system performance.
-Collect and analyze technical data during testing events.
-Lead data authentication efforts to ensure data accuracy.
-Analyze test results and document findings in detailed reports.
-Participate in meetings and briefings to discuss test results.
-Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
-Manage time effectively and collaborate effectively with various teams. Qualifications:
-Must have Secret DOD security clearance or above
-Bachelors' degree + 4 years of related experience
-Experience with testing methodologies, data collection and analysis techniques, and test reporting formats
-Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently & as part of a team

-Salary: up to $133,000 based on experience
