Title - Systems Analyst
The Role
Asset Management Data Services, Compliance & Operations Technology team is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work on development and enhancement of Compliance and Risk products. The role involves working in a collaborative agile team.
We are looking for a self-managed and motivated analyst, who can blend technology and business expertise for building complex distributed systems. In an agile structure you will collaborate with other team members to define and refine how we solve the right problems in the right ways.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 10+ years of systems analysis experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirements.
• Experience working with design and testing of APIs, database/SQL, Cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills to research and review existing systems and recommend designs.
• Ability to understand complex systems and document technical requirements.
• Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
• Experience performing data analysis using SQL and Excel
• Experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features.
• Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows.
• Expertise & experience in defining and coordinating test exercises such as user acceptance testing, data validation.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Financial services experience in Asset Management preferred.

You will be part of the Compliance Engineering chapter aligned to the Data Services, Compliance & Operations technology domain. This chapter and corresponding squad support the Compliance function in Asset Management to deliver innovative, scalable, industry-leading investment compliance tools.
