A bit about us:

This role performs the analysis needed to develop and modify applications. Additionally, this position designs testing plans from functional specifications as well as writing and testing the required programs. This position supports and maintains existing computer applications and also develops documentation for application users as needed.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Analyst/Developer to join our automotive technology manufacturing team. This role is integral to the success of our business, as it involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to improve our marketing strategies. You will be working closely with our team to understand their needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs. This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand the business needs and requirements of the marketing team.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using TSQL, .NET Core or .NET, C , C , and other relevant technologies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand their needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct system analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure that our systems remain current and effective.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in system analysis and software development.
• Strong knowledge and experience in TSQL, .NET Core, .NET, C , C , and other relevant technologies.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in the Marketing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of automotive/manufacturing/technology industry and strategies is a plus.
