Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

Requirements Responsibilities: Leads technical support operations, including strategic incident management and resolution.
Oversees server farm management, datawall operations, and help desk support. Guarantees adherence to DISA STIG updates and directs critical incident resolution. Provides monthly incident metrics.Requirements: Active DoD Secret Clearance 4 YOE in a senior technical support role with expertise in workstation and server administration.
MCP certification required. Demonstrated leadership in managing ITIL incidents and technical teams.
