Our client, which is a leader in orthodontic and dental partnerships, is looking to grow their Systems Administration. This is a client that operates nationally, they partner with local orthodontist and dental practice to help with managing their finances, but also drive customer engagement/sales.
Right now, they are looking for a Systems Admin who is skilled with call centers and VoIP tools. Ideally, this person will have a solid understand of Windows servers along with O365 and Intune. You will be working a lot with MS Teams Voice along with TalkDesk and/or G12 Communications. You will also be handling some of their Active Directory initiatives too.
The role is full-time, onsite in a hybrid model out of their Plano branch.
Required Skills & Experience - 3-4+ years of experience within an IT Systems role
- Strong Windows experience
- Proven experience with:
- Active Directory/Group Policies
- O365/M365
- Exchange
- PowerShell
- Prior knowledge of any VoIP/call center technology is ideal - TalkDesk and/or G12.
- Experience with remote desktop support.
The Offer - Full-time - salary will be between $80-90K
- Onsite 3 days in Plano, 2 remote days.
