Job Description Metronome is responsible for developing and delivering enterprise software that drives collaboration data analysis. The Sponsor's portfolio consists of over 100 systems that are mostly custom applications along with a small number of COTS products and Enterprise cross domain hardware and software. The Sponsor needs a team to deliver system architecture products, ensure cyber security compliance, monitor and assist teams with the Approval and Accreditation (A&A) processes, and provide IT Operations support. Required Skills The Contractor shall review current systems architecture configurations and identify optimizations.
The Contractor shall be the Sponsor primary POC for requirements, services and issues relating to Cloud Service Provider (CSP) inquiries, to include negotiating billing discrepancies.
The Contractor shall participate in working groups to represent the Sponsor's equities with regards to different CSPs.
The Contractor shall track and assist projects with the implementation of the Sponsor's Technical Directives and ensure each team has incorporated them on their roadmaps.
The Contractor shall map new and existing work to the Sponsor's Software Defined Intelligence architecture pattern to include providing briefing slides, maintaining data points and facilitate the development of an interactive dashboard.
The Contractor shall work with teams to create common shared services and break down the siloed functionality across the portfolio.
The Contractor shall ensure teams are leveraging enterprise services and assist with migration plans if necessary.
The Contractor shall track the quarterly accessibility scoring to ensure dates are met and teams are working towards 5.0 ratings.
The Contractor shall perform an analysis of existing products (COTS, GOTS, CSP offerings, etc) that could address incoming requirements and present them to the Sponsor for final decision.
