This program will be contributing to the design, development, implementation, operational sustainment, and continual improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, such as ServiceNow, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to DIA customers stakeholders and end-users. Job Description: Has professional experience supporting systems administration for ServiceNow in the AWS environment
Deploying, upgrading, maintaining and troubleshooting systems and applications residing in AWS cloud environments running Windows and Linux/CentOS
ServiceNow platform and ITSM suite for administration and management of Incident and Request tickets Leverage Agile Scrum to manage work as member of the SNOE Scrum team Install and manage ServiceNow platform on Windows and Linux within AWS environment AWS Cloud systems support
Deploy and maintain Windows/CentOS based systems Deploy, integrate, and maintain cloud hosting environments and applications in support of the customer's multi-network environment
Create, document, test, and maintain deployment and support procedures for Windows/CentOS systems and Service Now products Provide STIG compliance for Windows/CentOS machine images Provide senior support to level 2 engineers assisting with system maintenance, break/fix troubleshooting, and customer requests Provide Tier Two level in support of Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud-based system performing resource provisioning, software installation and integration using automation techniques to provide software services for a national systems customer base. Attempt to resolve as many incidents during the second contact, or at Tier II. Efficiently escalates incidents to higher Tier III when required
Possess current working knowledge of AWS and Cloud implementations
Troubleshoot and restore complex storage problems across the enterprise related to replication strategies and storage strategies across wide area networks
Install patches and perform system updates
Provide on-call support for occasional holidays and/or in the event an emergency situation arises
Minimum Experience: Has administered AWS ServiceNow instances including performance, optimization, and platform policy and governance.

High School - 8 years
Associates Degree - 6 years
Bachelors Degree 4 years
Masters Degree - 2 years
PhD - 0 years
Required Certifications: Security+ (DOD 8570 IAT II)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Linux, AIX Systems Administration I and II
AWS/Cloud certification (desired)
