Description: Do you dream of working alongside the surgeon at the surgical table? Are you ready to act as the surgeon essential support in both routine and critical situations? Can you see yourself standing alongside the surgeon, providing hands-on direct patient care during procedures? We are looking for an efficient, team-oriented Surgical Technologist who is skilled in prioritization and can excel in a fast paced, highly technological environment. The ideal candidate will work independently while receiving and providing support within our close-knit team. As a valuable member of the surgical team, they will demonstrate a strong sense of situational awareness in order to anticipate the needs of the team. Qualifications: Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program or a minimum of 2 years of surgical scrub experience coupled with related clinical training (i.e. LPN, Military) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or associated professional certification preferred Experience with skin closure with suturing a plus Successful completion of the data entry pharmacy nomenclature standards as administered by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Human Resources staff.
