Surgical Tech Uncertified

Functions under the direct supervision of the RN-Surgery. Provides technical services and assists in the operating room by providing the required sterile instruments, supplies and equipment. Maintains the sterile field and anticipates and responds to the needs of the surgical team. Education: Minimal education: Experience: 1-2 years surgical technician experience, hospital setting preferred. Basic computer skills Effective oral and written communication Licenses/Certificates: BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
