Experience:

• 24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Safe Medicate Exam- $10.00- Safe Medicate Exam- $10.00-The fee is $10 and is valid for 30 days. Regardless of practice setting or role, all nurses will complete the safeMedicate assessment during orientation. Password information will be provided at that time. Accepted method of payment: Credit Card ONLY (register online); ID Badge- $25.00 - Accepted method of payment: Cash, Check, or Credit Card; Mask Fit Test (IF APPLICABLE) - $60.00 - Accepted method of payment: Credit Card ONLY

Parking is not provided - this will be an out-of-pocket expense. Parking Pass - 1 Day - $6.00 (parking garage), By the month- $37.00, Per 13-week contract- $111.00 (only Credit Cards are accepted, as you will register online).
