A global law firm is looking for an Support Desk engineer to work in their Chicago office, providing white glove support to attorneys, paralegals, etc. in the heart of Chicago. This position is a full-time position, on-site in Chicago, and is looking for experience dealing with Windows, AV systems, and desktops and printers.
This company caters to a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 to startups, and this position will allow you to work closely with your colleagues to establish best practices in this environment. Required Skills & Experience - 7 years of experience within Windows environments
- Professional experience with setting up printers, laptops, desktops, and computers.
- Experience with Active Directory
- Bachelor's degree of 4 years of relevant work experience
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience working with law firms is heavily preferred
