Yulista Services LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION
Supply item management tasks include identifying, ordering, shipping and storing incoming parts/material, and maintaining accountability of parts issued. Performs supply operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, and warehousing of material. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide supply item management and maintain visibility of all assets. Maintain accountability/inventory of all assets stored in the maintenance depot.
Identify, order, ship & store incoming parts/material, and maintain accountability of issued parts. Maintain supply operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, and warehousing. Responsible for retrieving, packing, kitting, receipt and secure storage of assets.
Identify, order, ship, and store incoming parts, and maintains accountability of parts issued to maintenance personnel.
Ensures the proper receipt, verification, and documentation of supplies; and records discrepancies or damaged shipments, initiates appropriate corrective action
Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to relocate, store and load various types of containers/pallets use to store and ship assets
Maintains work order residue, shop stock of parts and accessories
Receives, stores, issues, and moves assets, within and out of storage activity and prepares material for off-base shipment
Establishes requirements for customer using automated systems and notifies customer of asset availability
Processes issues, turn-ins, obtains status of backorders, and other supply transactions to expedite shipping/delivery of assets
Conducts in-depth research of supply databases, catalogs, records, or other data sources to obtain stock numbers or to find authorized substitutes for stock items
Acts as accountable representative for unserviceable weapons parts/accessories turn-in processing to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services
Provide advice, guidance, and assistance to internal/external customers; equipment custodian, HAZMAT Monitor on any issues related to supply functions
Maintain a file of Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS) supply listings; Daily Document Register (D04), PFMR/OCCR Reconciliation (D11), Obligated Due-Out Listing (M36), Daily Priority Listing (D18); Due-In-From Maintenance Listing (D23) SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge of established supply regulations, policies, procedures, and other maintenance regulations applicable to the United States Air Force Supply System
Must possess knowledge and experience in supply item management.
Knowledge of supply systems (ILS-S, LIMS-EV, FEDLOG, FEDMALL, D043) QUALIFICATIONS: Four years of DOD supply experience working in Air Force, Navy, Marine Corp or Army base-level supply.
