Summary You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Compliance Branch (C510.1) in the Compliance & Strategic Analysis Division (C510) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Duties You will evaluate various processes relative to the Supply department. You will provide technical advice and guidance on Supply Quality Assurance (SQA) program; identify and resolve all SQA program problems encountered, and develop and initiate admin procedures and controls to ensure processes are in compliance. You will review and analyze current operations, work in progress, and supply plans in relation to operational feasibility, adequacy, uniformity, and conformance to regulatory requirements. You will provide regulatory expertise, interpretation, application, and implementation of new changes in policies, regulations, and procedures pertaining to supply operations. You will analyze operational statistical data and reports to determine functional trends, conformance to standards, efficiency of operations, and the effect on current and future resources. You will compile and analyze supply program data to determine trends in deficiencies and recommends improvements. You will participate in forums designed for communication of ideas and feedback in the business environment. Requirements Conditions of Employment You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift. Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications For the GS-11 Grade level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing supply principles, concepts, and methodologies in order to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of multiple supply programs and resolve issues in such areas as supply processes, work methods, supply data management, or day-to-day operational processes in an effort to ensure adherence to supply management and financial objectives. For the GS-09 Grade level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing supply principles, concepts, and methodologies in order to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a single supply program and support senior supply management specialists with resolving issues in such areas as supply processes, work methods, supply data management, or day-to-day operational processes in an effort to ensure adherence to supply management and financial objectives. Successful completion of a a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree

Possession of an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree

Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
