Supply Chain Project Manager Skills & Competency Requirements:
• 5-10 years of experience preferably Supply Chain, Healthcare, Project Management
Education Minimum Requirement:
• Bachelor's Degree
Preferences:
• PMP Certification
• SAP PLM
Supply Chain Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
• Leads and is accountable for the planning, evaluation, and implementation of product launches, major product reformulations, major qualifications, and international projects
• Develops detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third-party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Identifies risks and contingencies and communicates progress to key stakeholders
• Provides status updates on projects on an agreed to schedule and shares key updates and actions via meeting agendas and meeting minutes
• Identifies issues and risks and develop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolve project setbacks and obstacles
• Organizes project teams utilizing cross-functional resources
• Obtains agreement from line management and country representatives on team resource, expectations and performance for team members
• Manages project team meetings, prepares agendas, schedules meetings and issues minutes and action items
• Identifies root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution between initiators and implementation teams
• Provides updates on progress to goals to site management for all projects
