Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for determining the quantity and availability of materials necessary for master production scheduling

Administer cycle counts to ensure ordering is accurate and fulfill essential needs

Resolve all inventory related supply issues

Review trends to improve inventory operations including; purchasing, materials, suppliers and storage

Support financial cost containment through minimizing inventory loss, root-cause analyses, turnover rates and space requirements.

Represent the organizations inventory needs when developing or maintaining supplier relationships

Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

A bachelor's degree preferred or at least 6 years of experience.

Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures; may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning and procedural change.
