Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms

Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their supply chain needs and develop solutions to meet them

Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal levels and minimize excess inventory

Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in specific industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software
