00am EST (40 hours per week, no OT unless HM extends approval)

Purpose of Role:
Drive global supply chain labeling strategy and implementation/execution for labeling changes related to embecta separation activities.

SAP (S4) and IVP is what systems they will be mainly using.
Medical Device and Pharma experience is strongly preferred.
Global Project Management is desired, almost required.
Experience with interacting and having knowledge of manufacturing processes and CMO interactions.
This person must have experience in a company that makes goods, not services.
This role is NOT financing, quality or engineering. (Alot of it is in project management)
This person MUST have experience in leading others and teams, delegating assignments to people that dont necessarily report to them.
This person must have experience on large project scales and is very organized, handles preasure and high stress situations and can prioritze.
This is not a role that the person will be handhelp
they
need to hit the ground running with confidence and have the knowledge to back up their
decisions and direction.
Someone sharp, professional, but not afraid to make a decision.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with global supply planning team to assess implementation needs and provide input into integrated management office to drive
deliverables (i.e. lead times, prioritization of manufacturing plans, inventory builds etc) .
Must be experienced in project management, transition activities and be able to influence crossfunctional
team and key stakeholders. Must
also possess executive communication and have experience in global endtoend
supply chain with expertise in supply planning.
Scope includes management of pre and post inventory by sku and by site around the world (>400 finished good materials >18 distribution
locations)
Coordination with manufacturing, regulatory, quality and other key stakeholders as required to drive execution of supply strategy to maintain
customer service levels.
Medical Device Industry Experience
Bachelors Degree STRONGLY desired. Would be willing to consider equivalent experience if they check all the boxes.
