Supplier Quality Engineer (Onsite Devens)
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Looking for Manufacturing experience and a mechanical background (mechanical engineer)
- This person will help source and set up new suppliers in the US, transitioning from UK suppliers. (This experience is key)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Preferably experienced in medical devices or other regulated industries.
- Strong background in conducting CAPAs, Investigations, and formal Root Cause Analysis.
- Quality Engineer backgrounds with robust investigation experience will also be considered.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device or regulated industries is a plus.
