Position Description You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Multi-Spectral Defensive Electromagnetic Warfare System Support Activity (MDEWSSA IPT) at NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will serve as the senior systems acquisition management leader for the MDEWSSA within the Air Wing Integration and Interoperability and Electronic Warfare Effects (AWII/EWE) Product Linets.
You will ensure continuity of technical leadership needed to meet program office requirements.
You will provide direction and oversight for MDEWSSA product managers.
You will serve as the IPT's primary programmatic interface with NAWCWD, PEOs/PMAs, NAVAIR, and other NAWCs/SYSCOMs, Navy and DoD organizations.
You will provide IPT demand signal and priorities to NAWCWD's discipline-level technical capability (a combination of workforce talent, specialized facilities and infrastructure, as well as unique tools and techniques) across multiple Groups.
