Duties Responsible for direct oversight and guidance of the International C4 Interoperability Engagement Program to include all military-to-military (M2M) engagement in support of the Information Sharing Line of Activity (LOA). Ensure the C4 Information Sharing LOA supplements the Supporting Lines of Effort (SLOE) in the Regional Campaign plans and the EUCOM commander's Strategy for Active Security and Theater Priorities. Ensure all personnel actions are performed in accordance with DoD and USEUCOM policies. Develop HQ USEUCOM papers and reports on all aspects of International C4 Engagement to include M2M and public-private partnering. Negotiate sensitive matters with DoD and US Government agencies to support the International C4 Engagement strategy, goals, and objectives, presenting HQ USEUCOM positions. Provide four international engagement regional desk officers oversight and guidance for 42 countries in Black Sea/Eurasia, the Balkans, Southeast, Central, Western and Nordic Europe and NATO. Requirements Conditions of Employment One year trial/probationary period may be required. This position requires the incumbent to work alternative duty schedules - Rotating Shifts, Extended shifts (12.5 hours) - nights, weekends, and/or holidays, recall for urgent situations and/or working both planned and unscheduled overtime. Drug Test - Must comply with Drug Abuse Testing Program requirements. The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) for the duration of employment.
