This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the efficient and effective operation of the pre-analytical and post-analytical processes of laboratory operations, to include inpatient and outpatient phlebotomy, testing technical support, specimen referrals, and courier services. This position requires receiving RL events and delivering coaching to lab Assistants. This position has approximately 30 direct reports, and reports directly to the Administrative Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Director.
