Job Overview: Oversees and directs the growing, planting, care, and ordering for living plants as well as installs and maintains artificial plants and décor to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment for guests, Community members, and team members/employees. Preferred Experience: Combination of education and experience to equal 4 years in horticulture and landscaping with an emphasis on indoor/tropical plants. 2 years maintaining and propagating tropical/indoor plants. 1+ years of indirect or direct people leadership experience. Ability to operate small-engine landscaping/snow removal equipment. Valid Class D driver's license required with a good driving record. Industrial Truck Driving permit may be required (forklift), or able to obtain within 9 months of hire. Non-Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
